Peninsula Sailing Club – Meeting of January 10, 2006 at the Brownsville Deli
 
The January meeting of the Peninsula Sailing Club was called together by Commodore Chris Quinn at 7:05.  10 members present.  Chris outlined the Club meeting dates, (second Tuesday of each month) and the Dues, ($115 Family, $99 Single, $75 youth age 14 to 18) and the initiation fee for new members ($15 One Time). 
 
Dues are payable in January, Send to Laurie Davis at 1260 NE Franklin Ave., Bremerton, WA 98311.  Dues will be past due on April 1st and the sail shack lock will be changed on that date.  Paid up members will receive the new combination. 
 
New members Roger Evanick and Karen Demerick were introduced.  Junior member Jack Cavanaugh and his mother Sally were introduced.  Jack may be able to bring some other junior members into the Club.
 
General Club activities for the coming year were outlined.  We plan a spring cleaning when the weather warms up to be followed by a Club open house to attract new members.  It was decided to schedule a picnic sail on the last Sunday of each month starting in May.
 
The next meeting will be Tuesday evening, February 14, at the Brownsville Deli at 7 PM.  Some members are planning to arrive early and have Valentines Day Dinner at the Deli.  Please join us.
