The Peninsula Sailing Club met on the Dock Tuesday at 7:10 PM, June 13, 2006.

 

Welcome new member Rich McCullough.

 

The Silverdale Regatta was reported as a success.  We sent one boat, Poulsbo sent 5 or 6.  There were Indian canoes and Hawaiian canoes.  We may have picked up a couple of members.  It appears the County will step up and furnish the Silverdale group with a fleet of Vanguards and a trailer to get the program going.

 

Social Sail set for Sunday June 25.  Meet at the dock at 1 PM.  If you can come early, start setting a couple of boats up.

 

Kelly is setting up a series of Saturday races in July.  Starting July 1st, Skippers meeting at 10 AM, Race starts at 11 AM.

 

The next meeting of PSC will be Saturday July 8th at 9:30 to match with the race schedule.  There will be a Social Sail on Sunday July 30.

 

We now have 18 current paid members.  Our current bank balance is $2,477.43.  We have paid the Port for this year.  We still owe for insurance.
